Our beginner level balloon twisters have less than a year of experience, but can handle all kinds of events. They're great at doing basic balloon animals and objects, they will provide specific pictures or examples of what they can create.
They are not equiped with fancy or advanced balloons as thats for our more advanced painters. They are still learning how to do specific requests and more advance objects.
